Co-Hosting Dates

Skype Requirements:
Please ensure that you have Skype loaded on your computer.
While not necessary, headphones are advisable for better audio quality.
You should have either a computer mic or an external mic for clear communication.
Additionally, having a webcam is advisable for visual engagement with JohnK.

Submission of Tunes:
Please send or make sure we have at least four tunes as MP3 or WAV files to julia@radiodowntown.ca.
These tunes will be part of our broadcast, so ensure they are in the appropriate format and quality.
If you have already supplied these we thank you.

Test Connection with JohnK:
Prior to the show, we'll need to conduct a test connection on Skype at least 7 days prior to the date of the show for approximately 10 minutes.
Please add "Radiodowntown" or ( live:.cid.41fb1ba370a48f3d) as a friend on Skype contacts to facilitate this connection.
During this test, we'll go over show details and ensure everything is set up correctly for the live broadcast.

Scheduling:
Once you've sent in the tunes and have Skype loaded, we can mutually agree on a few possible dates for the show.

Social Media Postings:
We do require at least a head and shoulders photo of the person who will be on the interview for social media posts. MUST be sent in 7 days prior to Live Show.

Live Broadcast:
The show will be broadcast live on air, so it's essential that we're both prepared and ready to engage with our audience.
